Theory in Practice: An Example

In this section I will outline an example that could be put into practice: the development of an End User License Agreement that applies the theory and recommendations of this thesis. With this example comes a few caveats: I am not legally trained, so do not know what sort of legal language is required for an appropriate contract or standard agreement. I am also not a user interface designer, so do not have the knowledge of layout or design needed for implementing the agreement in software. That said, I will outline the process by which my system might work, given the assumption of some sort of third party trusted to establish and govern the standard agreements. The situation I outline could be used outside of a third party too, given the consent-requester is able to derive their own normative expectations from the guidelines and recommendations outlined previously.
